The Babies are here....

I was able to snap a few photos of the baby Chickadees over our front door, while mama was keeping a watchful eye over them and ME!!

Although, it has been rather difficult to get back into the swing of things since getting back from Savannah, (along with the glorious weather we are having here in Georgia), I have managed to create a few mini-card sets:

Bad Blogger

Just returned from my son's wedding in Savannah. It was a beautiful mass at a gorgeous cathedral. The weather was picture perfect.

The morning we left, we discovered that the chickadees had hatched in the nest above our front door, and, isn't mama chickadee protective!

On our return, we discovered many new plants blooming! The clematis bloomed and the irises are almost ready.

Last night's surprise was that our backyard is, apparently, a haven for
Eastern Bluebirds -- what a fabulous sight!

TGIF

My latest card -- to hold a gift card or cash. Last holiday season, I made similar cards, but, I adapted these to fit into a standard-sized envelope.

One of my very favorite blogs to follow is a fellow Etsy seller. Her name is Kristina Werner and she has a great tutorial. Check it out if you are a cardmaker or scrapbooker -- stamping and embossing on buttons!

New cards:

Chilly in Georgia!!!!

After some really awesome Spring weather, Mother Nature said "uhh, not so fast"! A few of our newly-planted herbs and vegetables did not survive -- plus the heater blowing cold air in the house this morning!!!

I am going to try to find neat tutorials to post on my blog -- here is one that combines using Cuttlebug folders and earrings:

Yes, it's another LOVE card -- guess I'm into that type of card, since my youngest son is getting married next week!!!

bzzzzz

Today is finally opening day for my beloved Boston Red Sox. Although I would love to be at Fenway Park today, since it is only 44 degrees here in Georgia, the thought of freezing my butt in Boston just does not appeal to me! Besides, we will be flying to Baltimore in June to see them!!

New tags I listed, created from my new
Heidi Grace acrylic stamp set:

Everyday I get an email from a crafting site, called

Craft Critique. You might want to check it out -

today's topic was regarding a Scrapbookers Creativity

Kit. Interesting idea if you are stumped creating a page.

One More Day

Okay, so today I thought I would be
plunked down in front of the television
at 2pm and enjoying the 1st Red Sox game
of the year, but, since it is expected to be
pouring in Boston, I have to wait
one more day!!
So, I had plenty of time to update
my neglected blog!!!

This past weekend, I threw a bridal shower
for my future daughter-in-law and this is
the favor box I made. I found a great tutorial
on splitcoaststampers. I adapted it a bit and
eliminated the large oval hole on the top of
the gable box and just used my Crop-a-dile to
make a hole big enough for the satin ribbon to
go through.

and, here are a few tag collections I recently listed

I will leave you with photos of the Dogwoods in our backyard!
