Wednesday's color challenge on OWH was to create a card using a green & purple color scheme.
Supplies: pp - Chatterbox; dies, stamp, jute twine - PTI
After making and uploading the card, I noticed how similar it is to my previous card -- oh, well -- it is what it is!
Today would have been my Mom, Genevieve's 86th birthday -- Happy Birthday, Mimi!
The book I am reading now is The Seventeen Second Miracle by Jason Wright.
I enjoy his books and have read all but one, which is out of print.
Is the sentiment stamped? Sweet card!
ReplyDeleteGrrr...second time I tried to leave a comment. (Sorry - but I HATE word verification.)
ReplyDeleteYour card is adorable - and even if it is similar to the other, it's still handmade, and therefore unique! :)
Your card is very pretty. Love those spring colours.
ReplyDeleteOne of the things I love about OWH is that it is OK to have as many similar cards as one wants. Sometimes it just happens and it is all good. Besides this is a lovely card, so all similarities are great! Blessings.
ReplyDeleteHi Jayne, your card is so pretty! Similar to the last one? I will find a sketch layout for a card every once in awhile and feel the need to make it in several different colors with several different stamps etc., till I have it out of my system :)
ReplyDeleteThe beauty of OWH as Louise said is it's okay. Thanks for playing in our color challenge at Operation Write Home this week!
